About Shanera
Hi my name is Shanera and I’m a patient care technician. I started out as a personal care assistant then moved on to home health aid, certified nursing assistant and now pct. Throughout the years I’ve notice so many people not pass due to difficulty understand the material, Because of language, cultural reasons, or sometimes medical terminology can be difficult to comprehend. Throughout it all I’ve always been a helpful and compassionate tutor resulting in success and gratitude.
