About Rawlings
I am Coach Rawlings Semlek, a Youth Sports Mental Health Coach and Mentor dedicated to helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, emotional resilience, and a winning mindset. I combine football development experience, performance psychology principles, and spiritual–mental first aid to guide youths towards excellence on and off the pitch.
