About Mikey
Hi everyone! My name is Mikey J Marsden and I'm a 14-year-old violinist, pianist, and youth choral director based in England, passionate about introducing music (specifically choral singing) to non-musicians, because everyone can sing! I study at a high school in Leeds, where I arrange music for our School Vocals - who have sung in various UK singing festivals including in London at the OVO Arena in March. I also study at the Yorkshire Young Musicians program (a Centre for Advanced Training in Music) at the Leeds Conservatoire, where I discovered my love for choral directing and passed my Grade 5 music theory. I started directing a beginner youth choir a year ago and have come a long way however I still wish to gain more experience.

Hi, I'm Mikey! I'm 14 years old and I have multiple years of experience as a youth choral director working with organisations such as the Yorkshire Young Musicians Center for Advanced Training in Music. I have worked privately with students competing in the 'song and dance' categories of dance competitions at beginner and intermediate levels. I'm here to coach students around ages 10 - 14 through repertoire of their choice using various vocal techniques.
