Hello!
I'm Damilola, a proud graduate of the University of Maryland College Park, holding a degree in Environmental Science. My passion for guiding students toward academic success is backed by over 11 years of teaching experience.
My teaching approach revolves around personalized strategies and a virtual learning interface, meticulously tailored to grasp each student's unique learning style. This ensures that I can provide targeted assistance, addressing specific needs crucial for success.
Throughout my career, I've effectively taught a range of courses in the K-12 environment. I've collaborated with schools, aiding middle school students with the HSPT exam and conducting SAT prep for high school students in large classroom settings.
In individual tutoring, I've assisted students in Algebra, Grammar, Biology, Trigonometry, Language Arts, and Geometry. My one-on-one teaching style begins with an introductory session, allowing students to express their learning preferences, discuss areas for improvement, and outline their expectations.
