I have recently graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a BA in English and will soon be pursuing my MA in Literature at California State University, Long Beach. I've taught students from elementary to high school while providing incoming freshman guidance coming into college.

I prefer to pace myself to the student's learning. I find it important not to go too fast, as they may find themselves left behind or more confused than before they came into the class. I'm not saying that I'll take it slow either, as I want to develop their understanding at a good pace where we spend hours on a single topic.
