About Hema
I’m Hema, specialized in Ashtanga yoga. I have 4 years of experience in teaching. I take classes for the age groups between 18-50. General and therapeutic classes are included on daily basis. Session on stress management, mindfulness, breathing techniques, various modifications of asanas and their benefits will be given importance.
I enjoy teaching my clients and to know that they’re reaching their goals is the ultimate purpose.

The class will be of 1 hour. I will be designing the class keeping in mind your goals. A general class includes asanas,pranayama and meditation/yoga Nidra. Starting off the day with yoga is an amazing experience.
Beginners don’t have to worry, since I’ll be teaching you from the very basics.
