I am a Strategic Management professional heading Knowledge Management for Cisco Managed Services for EMEA & APAC regions. My expertise includes Knowledge Management, Project Management, SharePoint, Quality & Innovation, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO 9000 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 20000 (IT Service Management) and ISO 31000 (Risk Management). I am an avid learner and a contributor in various Business conferences. I love attending CII initiatives, and sessions of Knowledge Community of Bangalore and LinkedIn KM forums.

During my M.B.A. tenure, I attended various seminars and contributed to paper presentations.
My notable achievements include being the only Indian KM expert to publish knowledge article in Community of Knowledge, Berlin -Germany and first prize for Analytical Writing on, “Innovations & Imitations”, in an inter-college festival.

About the lesson

My professional career includes experience from pioneering organizations like Mahindra Satyam, Wipro Technologies, Mindtree, Vodafone and Cisco. I started my career as Knowledge Manager, for one of the biggest verticals of Mahindra Satyam. I have been part of various transformational projects targeted to improve Customer Satisfaction and Knowledge Management.

Sustainable World and People Development are my values in life. I believe every citizen needs to know and contribute to United Nation’s Millennium Development Goals (MDG) and towards India’s Sustainability Policy.
