About Alice
I’m a professional life coach that started my career in coaching in 2015. I have over 15 years of experience working in hospitality and events where I developed my passion for personal development and made this career move to help and inspire others. Coming from a military background, I can help and guide you with any career advice or lifestyle-related change leading towards a positive outcome. I will teach you to embrace change or take the leap – it’s all about your mindset and modifying your habits to change into healthy behaviours.
As an ex-special force, I served the Portuguese army as a paratrooper for 6 years and the discipline that the military instilled in me has been vital in staying resilient to change. Moreover, as a female in a majority male environment, I discovered the importance of self-confidence and female empowerment to overcome the challenges. Having successfully made a career switch, I use my knowledge and experience to offer advice and set you on the right path. I’m fully focused on assisting other women struggling with the challenges of dealing with an overwhelmingly male environment. You will learn how to stand firm as well stand out. I put in a great deal of thought and a 110% effort to understand my customers and tailor advice based on your personal needs and circumstances. I’m empathetic, patient, a good listener, and offer support outside of sessions so you can count on me whenever you need it. While I don’t provide solutions, I encourage you to think for yourself and assist you with helping you get to where you want to be.

We begin with a free 30-minute consultation to get to know each other, understand your challenges, and ensure you feel comfortable with me as your coach. During this session, I'll also provide an outline of how a typical session works, which is particularly helpful for those new to coaching. We will discuss your objectives and tailor them to fit your goals.
My programs are designed exclusively for women aged 30-45.
