About Jurassico
I am a T.REX in which I want to share my Jurassic philosophy to all humans. What I mean by this, that having the life of a dinosaur you can have a good time and it is fun. Dinosaurs formerly did not opt for public transport or their own vehicle, since their way of moving was on their feet, climbing ... that was their training in the natural environment. Regarding food by the same path, now there are many processed industries that are responsible for putting thousands and thousands of processed and preservatives into food so that it has a greater intensity of flavor and lasts longer, but the quality is zero. My learning methods are JURASSIC with my clients, they can be both face-to-face and online, depending on the availability of each person and the distance. Normally, the first contact I do is to collect information and specify diet and training. First consultation totally free and from there we get down to work. Every 3 weeks, new anthropometric measurements (fat level) are made, a new calculation in the diet and different types of training.
