About Alexandra
I am an art student and a food enthusiast! I spent the first 16 years of my life really sick, unbeknownst to me as a result of the food I was eating. 4 years down the line I live an incredibly healthy gluten free, vegan lifestyle, and for the first time my stomach does not denote my every action. I spend hours and hours experimenting and creating new recipes, with a genuine passion for every kind of cuisine. Food is, to me, an art form, and as it is at the very centre of our culture it is of utmost importance to enjoy the food you eat.

I base my classes on a recipe, and from there delve into explaining the deeper concept behind what we are making, as from experience I know that once you understand the basic ways that food behaves you can create literally anything without a recipe. My teaching aims for the student to leave the class ot with one new dish but with bountiful ideas for many new dishes as well as the one I've taught.
