Young chemistry undergrad looking to help in a tough time!

I would like to give a personal reference for Megan who has shadowed me in the past. Megan is very trustworthy, punctual and pro-active. She has great communication skills and works well with others. I found her to be very considerate, she has patience and is always keen to develop new skills

I have known Megan for more than three years in my capacity as a senior lecturer and the Internationalisation Lead in the Department of Chemistry, University of Liverpool. Megan has studied a BSc in "Chemistry with Year in China & Year in Industry". She has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of organic, inorganic and physical chemistry. Apart from working in the industry, Megan took a research project at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and studied a semester at XJTLU University in China. Megan's international experience in research and study has increased her cultural and diversity sensitivity which is an important aspect of teaching.
