About Jessca
I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) from the U.S. with a Masters degree in Nutrition and extensive experience over the past 3 years helping hundreds of people achieve their personal goals. From weight loss and health management to achieving personal goals. My unique approach to meeting people where they are at and together working towards goals in a positive and manageable way has given me the ability to help many people all over the world achieve their goals both in there health and well being as well as personal lives.

I believe everyone's method of achieving personal goals is unique therefore my teaching goals are tailored specifically to each individual. I first take time to understand and learn about each person and then work with them to create a plan that they feel is manageable and achievable. I use my varied skill set and successful methods combined with continuous positive and supportive motivation to help people feel more confident to achieve whatever they desire.
