In my fitness training programs, I adapt to each person's needs and goals. I have a deep understanding of how to generate hypertrophy and apply specific methods to achieve it. I also combine strength training techniques, activation exercises, and functional training to improve strength and endurance. Que suerte haber encontrado a Enrique. El adjetivo de Superprof es perfecto por partida doble. Prof de profesional, tiene mucho conocimiento de las diferentes técnicas del tenis y prof de profesor, porque sabe explicarlas muy bien y con mucha paciencia.
Nuestro hijo Daniel, de 13 anos, aprendio mucho en poco tiempo. Incluso se animó a participar en torneos para conseguir ranking de la federación.
Pero lo mejor es es ser humano, la empatía y la disponibilidad de Enrique.
Resumiendo, si tenéis la suerte de conseguir que os haga clases de tenis deseareis no perderlo.
