About Sarah

I am a passionate and dedicated Physical Education tutor with a deep love for fitness, sports, and helping others reach their full potential. I believe that physical education is more than just exercise—it’s about building confidence, discipline, and a lifelong commitment to health. My goal is to inspire students to enjoy movement, develop their skills, and achieve their personal and academic fitness goals. I teach because I truly believe in the power of physical activity to transform lives, and I take pride in guiding students towards success—both on and off the field. I also believe that leading a physically active lifestyle not only helps physical development but has a positive impact on mental health and well-being, which in turn, can help across all aspects of life.

About the lesson

I always approach my lessons holistically, with emphasis on teamwork, motivation, discipline and mental well-being. I can teach children of all levels and ages. In addition, I aim to personalise learning to best suit you, I develop hands-on and engaging lessons, including goal-orientated training and flexible, adaptable methods. I also prioritise creating an encouraging and supportive environment to allow my students to thrive and feel comfortable asking questions.
