About Shibi
I’m Shibi, and why you should care is because I am a specialist healthcare pharmacist, who also happens to be a meditation teacher and a wellness coach. But more importantly I am a happy guy. And that is my biggest success. Because I started off as a first gen immigrant child, with little family support, and what family I did have was severely dysfunctional, I both overachieved and still disappointed family, I had no money, relationships and discipline. And yet here I am years later trying to help others be happy too. I have spent about a decade in healthcare learning about just about every disease and treatment under the sky. I developed a holistic view on health which incorporates building strong relationships, balanced diet, building financial wealth and consistent exercise. See in Buddhism there are usually two types of people, you have your reclusive monk you will find in temples and they kinda want to be left alone. And then there's people like me who have been shaken awake by the practice and now I just live a regular, successful life with borderline non-existing stress and anxiety. And frankly I just need to share it. Even though I'm still a practising pharmacist and help through healthcare, I've developed this mentorship to help people.

We will sit down once a week for 90 minutes. I will go into how meditation can help different aspects of your life and we will sit for formal meditation. Every two weeks we will focus on a new technique.
