About Aby
My experience as a teacher has been extraordinary; one has to constantly update itself, now there are new tools and technologies based on the digital world. What I like most is to observe that the student builds his own knowledge in different ways; that they listen, that they see and touch to learn. One of the foundations of today's education is that no two people are the same. Their work rhythms, their behaviors in class and all the external factors that can affect their learning, cause logical mismatches in the temporary learning needs of each one. Some will need more time and others less to do homework and understand what is seen in class. We have to be patient alike, both with those who end too soon and require something more, as with those who need more time and we repeat every explanation again. Our support must be firm and constant and we never have to give anything for lost or show a lack of confidence towards it
