About Vinay
I share this practice because I believe that true health should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical limitations or past injuries. My goal is to empower you with the tools to become your own healer. I want to move beyond the 'perfect pose' and help you find the 'right movement' that brings relief to your pain and peace to your daily life. Seeing my students regain their strength and confidence is why I teach.
