About Jolene
I’m a yoga therapist and tutor who believes yoga is most powerful when it’s experienced from the inside out. My teaching is rooted in prana—the intelligent life force that moves through breath, body, and awareness. Rather than focusing on shapes alone, I guide students to understand how each pose and pranayama practice influences energy flow, the nervous system, and overall vitality. I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel safe in their bodies, reconnect with their breath, and develop a personal practice that supports real life—not just time on the mat. My work is gentle, intentional, and therapeutic, designed to create lasting balance, regulation, and ease.

My lessons focus on yoga as an energetic practice, not just a physical one. I teach how prana flows through poses and pranayama, and how breath directs that energy through the nervous system, organs, and subtle body. I’m passionate about helping students feel yoga working from the inside out—using intentional movement, intelligent breath, and awareness to create real regulation, vitality, and balance in everyday life.
