About Janhvi
Hello guys i am janhvi. I am a yoga instructor , specialist , & mental cousellor. I have been practicinga & teaching yoga since 2 years. I teach yoga online and have taught a lot of people. I am pursuing my P.G Diploma in yoga , yogic therapy & science. I am an expert in hatha yoga , ashtanaga yoga , yoga in weight loss and power yoga. I would really love share my journey about how i came to this path of yoga. I started my weight loss journey from 75 kgs - 50 kgs through yoga. Also 2 years back in 2020 i was suffering from depression and anxiety and that was the phase which actually brought me into yoga practice. I want to share my weight loss journey with other people i want to help people to start their weight loss journey without any worries and get there where they want to be. I want to cousel and help alot of people to get out of all the mental problems:- depression , anxiety- etc etc.

My Special Feature As A Trainer:- I completely focus on the my client's physical as well as mental growth by monitoring & correction them each and every time. I believe in the concept of perfection and i work majorily toward providing perfection to each client in their yoga practice.
My classes are online for women , children and ladies. (Especially for weight loss as i also started my journey of weight through yoga itself).
