About Reena
Hi,
This is Reena saini,
A Passionate yoga teacher with over 10 years of professional experience in traditional
yoga and vinyasa yoga. In June 2011, completed one year yoga certificate course from
HCRF & TR, mandi, HP and acquired an in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing
techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga. Completed 500 HOURS YTTC under “Jay Yoga Academy” Vietnam .
My goal is to share everything I know about yoga and that too in the right way.

I Give Online And Offline Yoga Sessions. I only give sessions to one person at a time because i believe that everyone's body type and health issues are different.
So first I understand the routine, work, health issues and body type of the client and then guide them to practice Asana accordingly.
My goal is to share everything I know about yoga and that too in the right way.
For weight loss we do power yoga and some strength training workout and for therapy session we do some relaxing exercises, stretching and meditation. Pls join me
