About Vandana
I am Practicing yoga teacher since 7 yrs. During childhood I learn Yoga from my grandmother. I have completed my PG in Biochemestry and worked with many firms.But lineages roots of Yog & Jyotish passionate me to become a new era Yogacharya. I also completed PG in Yogic science &Therapy from DAVV Indore. By the god grace's hundreds of patients got relief by my classes and therapy.

My teaching method is based on Patanjali Ashtang Yoga, Hathyoga,Mudra's, Pranayam, Mantras,Ayurvedic remedies and modern technics of therapies. I also suggesting Natural Nutritions for weight loss, weight gain, to maintain metabolism, to cure harmonal imbalances. Female (any age group) customers must join my class to get best results for weight loss, Menstural issues, BP problems, depression,isomnia,Cramps,Sciatica and cervical related issues etc.
