Yoga Therapist -certified yoga therapist, 500 hour Yoga Instructor, specializing in Hatha Rehab

Marti is a great yoga teacher. Her experience in so many different settings makes her very versatile. She understands her client's needs. I loved taking Private lessons from her and felt it was a great investment in my health. I would recommend Marti to anyone seeking to heal their bodies through yoga. Marti is a unique teacher and brings the best of Eastern and Western philosophy. She brought me peace and comfort with every visit. I left her sessions moving with ease and with a better understanding of my health. I felt Marti's Recuperative Yoga was an intricate part of my healthcare.

I am really enjoy taking 1 on 1 lessons with Marti! I was dealing with some shoulder and elbow tension and pain and each session has helped reduce the pain and inflammation so much! Each class is very thoughtful and I learn so much good info that I continue to use about my body, yoga, and therapeutic movements that are beneficial for my situation. Marti has a wonderful personality and is very warm, kind, and compassionate. I always feel at ease around her and feel really great after a class. I have taken classes in person and online and it is great to have both options depending on my schedule. Definitely will keep working with her to regain my strength and flexibility overall.
