About Constanza
I started doing yoga about 10 years ago, but it was not until 3 years ago that I began to become more interested in the practice and to deepen it, to later become certified as a yoga teacher (YTT200) and be able to share my practice with others.

I like to teach yoga focusing on the ability and level of each student, taking care of their body and avoiding injuries. My practice and teaching are mainly focused on asanas (postures) and are aimed at people of all ages. Anyone can do yoga.
