About Mythili
I have a engineering background, but passion in yoga made a yoga teacher for last 4 years.
I have also done my Masters in Yoga, also I'm a certified yoga teacher for adults, kids and pregnant women. I have been teaching private and group sessions for last 4 years

My teaching style is Hatha yoga, my class includes Poses, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation practices. My students feel that they are energized and relaxed after the class, then practice yoga not in when in mat also when they are off the mat.
