I have a 200-hour yoga teacher certification and the experience required to help you achieve your yoga goals. I love working with beginners to develop a new practice and with seasoned practitioners who want to deepen their practice.

All sessions are designed specifically with your goals in mind.

I have been practicing and teaching yoga for nearly three decades. I bring a depth of experience and a compassion that my students appreciate. Whether you are a wheelchair user looking for a gentle seated practice or want to explore a more profound practice, I can help you achieve your goals! A yoga practice can bring calm and clarity to your everyday life.

If I am travelling to your location, I charge &0.78 per mile. If I have to pay for parking, I will request reimbursement for this as well.

While I do not offer a free lesson, I am happy to set up a Zoom session to discuss your yoga goals to be sure that we are a good fit before our first lesson.
