About Christina
I am a qualified Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance (UK). I initially completed a 200 hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher's course with Dru Yoga, Wales between 2012-13. Dr Yoga is a graceful, flowing form of Yoga which can be adapted to suit all ages and fitness levels. This Yoga is transformational as it includes positive affirmations and mudras.
In addition, I completed a further 300 hours mixed Yoga training in Rishikesh, India with AYM (Association of Yoga and meditation). This yoga training focused on a range of high intensity traditional styles of yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Flow Yoga.

The methodology I use will depend on the needs of my students based on initial observation and the level of the pupil. When teaching yoga I will use a variety of teaching methods including demonstrations, step by step instruction and student reflection and self awareness. My Yoga classes are based on the development of the physical body through completing asanas, pranayama and relaxation.
