i met kristina in underground gym ( brighton) . i had booked a mobility class as my back for many years aswell as neck and shoulders were at times causing me pain . it was in doing this class and then kristina giving me one to one yoga classes did i become not only pain free but far more flexible . cant recommend kristina enough . her classes are fun .motivating for body and her manner and aproach to yoga make my mind at piece .
