About Rachel
After practising yoga personally for over 10 years, my desire to teach and maybe one day help others as my yoga teachers helped me is strong. I love the energy of teaching group classes, but private smaller or one-on-one classes give the opportunity to really learn about someone, to lead a class with more specific needs and goals in mind.

Classes are tailored for you and your needs, both in the physical and otherwise. Some days we need to move our bodies through strong and dynamic movement. Other times we need to slow down, take time to breathe and reflect. No two classes ever need look the same, they certainly won't feel the same!
Can also offer workshop-based classes to aim towards particular asanas (e.g. splits, arm balances) or target particular areas.
