About Justine
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and after that went on to counsel clients with severe and persistent mental illness. I coached them in the community in order to help them reframe their thinking around healthy food and lifestyle and becoming more active. I also became a yoga teacher and have taught over the last 5 years.
