About Vivian
Yoga Alliance member. Graduated in Australia (800h). I used to facilitate teacher trainings in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga until 2020 in Australia.
Now I help people develop and deepen their Yoga practice, from beginners to experienced teachers. I also teach Pre-natal Yoga. And I've developed a 50h Advanced Online Course for Yoga teachers.
Yoga is my life and it will be a pleasure to walk by your side on this journey of self-investigation and self-knowledge.
