About Kirsty
I’m Kirsty, a wellness coach at an award-winning retreat in the UK, I believe my life’s purpose is to help others on their wellness journey. From yoga to strength building to meditation. Teaching brings me a deep sense of alignment, and I’m grateful that what I do never feels like work. I fell in love with yoga shortly after lockdown and became a certified teacher in 2022. Fitness and movement have always been a huge passion of mine, and I’m excited to share my knowledge and enthusiasm to help you achieve balance, strength, and well-being.
