About Benita
I have been teaching yoga since 2012 and have trained Muay Thai and other martial arts since 2005. I received the certification to teach Ashtanga Yoga from the Ashtanga Yoga Mysore school in India (2013). I also have experience teaching Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Muay Thai, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

I offer yoga classes and personal training according to the needs and abilities of the students. Classes can be in English, Spanish, Swedish, or Finnish. Yoga classes include dynamic sequences of exercises (vinyasas), physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. The methods help develop flexibility, concentration, balance, strength, and mental clarity. Personal training classes consist of a warm-up to develop flexibility and mobility; bodyweight exercises to gain strength, coordination, and agility; and cardiovascular exercises to improve stamina and stimulate the metabolism. The two modalities can be combined to obtain the specific goals of each student. The methods used are the most efficient ones to get the best results with the least amount of effort.
