About Amber
I have taken a 200 yogi certification course that contains a combination of hatha, vinyasa, asana, yin and prenatal yoga.
As I am passionate to teach, I also understand the importance of continuing to learn and challenge myself so that in turn I may help grow others in their practice.
Currently, taking 2 other courses on kundalini and meditation. I have also delved through prenatal yoga courses as
I also practiced prenatal and postnatal yoga through all three of my pregnancies. To me yoga is a lifestyle that takes dedication, discipline and passion to experience!

Hi everyone and namaste! I have been practicing yoga for 7 years now I am very passionate and eager to learn more in any given moment! For the past year I have been training to confidently step in the teacher role as well. I have 200 hour certification and am continuing to take courses to master my skills at teaching new individuals who are interested in yoga. I am happy to take a slow and patient route to get you comfortable into practicing yoga and then we can continue to develop and challenge yourself from then on. Let’s work together to get balanced mind, body and spirit!
