About Roop
I was always interested in health and fitness, so I attended yoga session every now and then. After attaining the sessions, I had found a sudden change in myself and determined in sharing and teaching this art to others since long and did certified yoga tutor course. It’s never the quantity of experience that matters, the important thing is the concentration over the job you have interest. Am a hard worker and a quick learner who can learn, adapt and guide others in the same area. Yoga is my passion and would like to pass this knowledge to world, with determination and dedication, I would like to teach this health and wellbeing course called yoga to students.

My style of yoga has no defined words and boundaries. According to me practice of yoga lies in your mind and brain. My teaching methods starts with the demonstration first, verbal and visual clues both are important to me as any student with hearing impairments can understand it well too. I try to break down the asanas so it’s easy for them to understand. . I will always leave time at the beginning and end of the class for discussion. I will also encourage feedback on new asanas, but never encourage conversation between students during the class.
