About Shobhit
Namaste. I am a yoga educator from the Satyananda Bihar Yoga tradition — the pioneering lineage of Yoga Nidra. Intrigued by the subconscious mind and human behavior, I specialize in the meditative practices of Yoga & Buddhism.
With a strong understanding of the mind, body, and scriptures — I bring a diverse teaching experience, working with people from all walks of life. I have trained more than 600 yoga teachers across India, Europe, and the USA.
My approach blends the ancient wisdom of Vipassana, Ayurveda, and Tantra with insights from modern Psychology and Neuroscience.
