About Claudia

I am a calm, empathetic, and people-oriented person who is passionate about wellbeing, mindfulness, and personal growth. I enjoy creating meaningful connections and supporting others in finding more balance, calm, and self-awareness in their lives.

I want to teach because I truly believe practices such as Yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness can have a positive impact on people’s emotional and physical wellbeing. Through my own personal and professional journey, I have experienced the importance of slowing down, regulating the nervous system, and creating moments of presence in everyday life.

Teaching allows me to combine my background in healthcare, education, and wellbeing while creating supportive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, and cultivate healthier and more conscious lifestyles.

My approach to teaching is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where students can reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and mindfulness practices. I combine Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation techniques to help students reduce stress, improve emotional balance, and cultivate greater wellbeing in daily life.

My classes are gentle, accessible, and adaptable to different experience levels. I focus on mindful movement, conscious breathing, grounding techniques, relaxation, and body awareness, always encouraging students to listen to their own bodies and move at their own pace. I integrate mindfulness and practical wellbeing tools that students can apply beyond the class environment.

Lessons are typically 60 minutes, although shorter or longer sessions can also be arranged depending on individual or group needs.

I have a background in healthcare as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, along with experience in education, communication, and wellbeing facilitation. My professional experience across healthcare, education, and mindfulness practices allows me to bring both a scientific and holistic perspective into my teaching.

My classes are suitable for beginners and adults of all ages who are looking to reduce stress, improve emotional wellbeing, reconnect with their bodies, and create more balance in their lives. I also welcome people experiencing burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, or those simply seeking more calm, presence, and self-care.
