About Irene
Nearly two years of experience in group and individual lessons for adults and children.
Adult learners leave the class feeling calmer, relaxed, lighter, with less stress and, after a period of regular practice are more flexible, strong, "physically fit" but also better able to manage stress, anxiety and everyday situations. They also express greater self-knowledge.

Adult classes: Hatha Yoga classes, where I combine breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas), relaxation and meditation, use of mantras, mudras ... working on a physical, mental, energetic, emotional and spiritual level.
Classes for children, where I work through movement, postures, games, stories, mantras, breathing, relaxation ...
Classes can be held in: Spanish / English and Valencian.
