She is an amazing, dedicated yoga teacher. Her beautiful studio is in shimla if you out of shimla,no need to worry you can join her online classes as well.
She communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable session and an active part of it. If you have the opportunity do not hesitate to join a class.
