About Erin
I've been teaching yoga and meditation for nearly a decade and have taught students from all over the world. I trained in Rishikesh, India - the birthplace of yoga - and have dedicated my life to helping people expand and heal through this practice.
My classes are more than just a physical workout, philosophy and how we can support what you're currently going through is weaved throughout the class. It's all tailored specifically to your needs to help you really heal on all levels.
My motto is "come as you are..." there is a space for everyone who's ready to take responsibility for their health and happiness here. I'd be so honored to share this practice with you!

This all-levels class is a blend of ☼ Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga ☽
Throughout the class we'll create a slow, solid foundation and build a flow that is both physically challenging and spiritually motivating. Focusing on the breath, alignment, drishti (gaze) while always moving from a mindful space, we'll create a feeling of deep connection to our mind, body and soul.
Prepare to be physically challenged - you will develop a sweat! The slower we move, the more we are able to build strength throughout the body. You will also leave this class feeling grounded, peaceful, centered and more in-tune with the divine energy within that is what we call the Self.
* All levels are welcomed for this class! we will tailor each class based on the individual's experience level. *
