About Dorothy
I am a certified yoga instructor who has been working as a private instructor for the past year. I graduated from NYC CorPower Yoga in early 2021 and have been studying yoga since I could walk. My path towards becoming a yoga instructor is one based on studies of breath and movement. I teach all my students about the power and importance of ujjayi breath (a practice of breathing in and out through our nose).

My teaching method is based on using our breath to move our bodies into a meditative flow. My lessons are for any age group and experience level. Each of my classes is tailored to the students in the class. My class's aim is to create a free space for students to feel comfortable and powerful in their bodies.
