About Riya
I am Riya and I am deeply honored to be here with you as your yoga instructor. I come to you from the vibrant and diverse land of India, the birthplace of yoga, where this ancient practice has been a way of life for centuries.
My journey into yoga began 4-5 years back, and over the years, I've had the privilege of learning from some of the most revered yoga gurus and spiritual masters in India. Today, I am here to share this profound wisdom and guide you on your own journey toward physical and mental well-being.
In my classes, you can expect a holistic approach to yoga, blending traditional wisdom with modern techniques. I emphasize not only the physical postures (asanas) but also the breath (pranayama) and the mind (meditation), because true yoga is a union of all these elements.
Yoga, for me, is not just a practice but a way of life, a path toward self-discovery, and a tool for achieving balance and harmony in our busy lives. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience, and my goal is to make it accessible to all of you.
As we embark on this journey together, let's remember that yoga is not about competing with others but about connecting with ourselves. Let's create a supportive and nurturing space where we can grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.

With my extensive experience of learning the art of Yoga for the last 4 years and teaching it for the last 2 years to over a 100 students across all demographics of people.
I have enhanced my teaching skills to a level where it allows me to personally connect with all my students and help them grow and develop in a holistic manner i.e. mind, soul, and body, helping them lead an overall better quality of life.
I like to analyse my students' problems, lifestyle etc. and then cater a plan very specific to each ones body, health and medical conditions.
