About Bart
As a passionate yogi with six years of personal practice and three years of teaching experience, I understand the transformative power of yoga on the body and mind. I take great pride in helping my students achieve a sense of well-being and health through their yoga practice. My students have thanked me for the increased body awareness and inner peace they have gained through their practice. While I may guide them on their journey, I firmly believe that it is the practice of yoga itself that truly brings about this transformation. I am simply honoured to play the role of a supportive and kind guide on their path to self-discovery and growth. More than the teacher is the yoga itself, I just try to be a good guide.

Are you looking for a yoga class that is tailored to your specific needs and goals? Look no further! My class is perfect for all levels, as I take the time to interview each student and observe their body dynamics in order to create a practice that is specifically tailored to their needs. As a former mixed martial arts practitioner, I understand the importance of proper alignment and spine mobility for injury prevention and overall well-being. My class focuses on helping students achieve awareness, strength, and flexibility in their bodies, as well as stillness in their minds. I am a fun, creative, patient, and understanding instructor who is dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential. My classes range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on your availability and endurance. I am also currently finishing my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance, which has deepened my knowledge of yoga and asana practice, including anatomy and physiology.
