About Carolina
I started practicing yoga about six years ago in a rough spot of my life. It brought me an unknown peace that helped me with my depression. Since then yoga became part of my daily life. Through my journey yoga has helped me fall in love with life and myself. I learned yoga is not only about physical work, it’s also about mental, emotional, and spiritual work. I want to help as many people as I can to found the peace they need through the practice of yoga, instruct them to find a way to balance not only physically and spiritually, but also emotionally and mentally.
Hace seis años cuando todavía vivía en México inicie a practicar yoga con la intención de ayudar mi depresión y aprender como canalizar mi energía negativa de forma positiva. En mi primera clase aprendí que tan importante es cuidar de mi cuerpo a través del movimiento físico coordinado con mi respiración. Con los años aprendí que ser yogi no solo es estirar tus músculos, si no, también trabajo mental, emocional y espiritual. Quiero ayudar a otras personas a encontrar paz y estabilidad practicando yoga.

I like to work with all ages. I base my classes depending on what the client wants to work on and what is their final goal. My approach is to guide people to find a physical activity to help them balance their chakras and energy.
Me gusta trabajar con todas las edades. Mi clase es basada en lo que el cliente quiere trabajar y cuál es su meta final. Mi intención como maestra de yoga es enseñar al cliente como encontrar balance en sus chakras y energía por medio del movimiento físico.
