About Emilia
Namaste, I’m Emilia! My yoga journey began 6 years ago after I injured myself in ballet class. During recovery, I sought a healthier way to stretch, relax, and move, and I found yoga to be the perfect blend of movement and breathwork. After completing my Master's in Education, I pursued my Yoga Alliance certification in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga in Bali, where I truly reconnected with myself. Yoga is an ongoing learning experience, and I am excited to guide you on your path to strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I look forward to sharing this journey with you, beautiful soul!
