About Casey
I have been teaching yoga for almost three years and have my own daily practice. I only teach what I practice and what I know to be effective. I have lived in an Ashram and spent time in several others. Yoga for me is a deep practice physically and spiritually.

I've been working with Casey for the last two years. I think his great gift in life is in helping people- he's a really kind and compassionate teacher and has seemingly endless patience in helping me improve my asanas, as well as better understand the specific physiology each pose is healing. He's also very dependable, always there when I need to reach out!
I've studied with Casey before, he is great! Highly professional, but also a warm and friendly demeanor. He is a jewel in the dao of yoga!
