About RATANPRIYA
I am yoga Instructor and Yoga therapist from svyasa. And been into field of yoga directly or indirectly for around 8 yrs. I am experienced in teaching for 5 yrs. I can teach yoga for basic to advance. And yoga for treatment.
Now I am also doing my Masters in alternative medicine . I can also suggest for some easy home treatments. I love to spread my knowledge for betterment of everyone out there as much as it cal help them. Cause have belived Health is one of the basic and most important . Not only physically but mentally.

Along that we will be doing pranayama, kriya ,following diet chart, different meditation techniques, Relaxation Techniques and sleep techniques (in case of trouble sleeping)
