About Ximena
I am a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) and I am currently doing YTT 300 training in addition to finishing my Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. I also have various courses and diplomas in functional movement. I have been teaching Yoga for 1 year online and in person and movement coaching for 3 years.

I like to teach taking my students as the center, adapting the classes to them since we all have different bodies, minds, energy and goals. I am a patient person, dedicated and passionate about her work. My classes have the principle that what I say is a suggestion but it is necessary for each person to listen to their own body and do what makes them feel better and more in contact with themselves.
