About Cecilia
After studying educaional science at the LMU in Munich, I completed the yoga teacher training at IndivYoga Switzerland. Since then I have been teaching yoga abroad (e.g. Casablanca and Portugal) and in different studios in Munich. In addition to group lessons, I amspecialized in individual teaching. I work together with my students on their physical and mental stress and their individual goals. Due to my early contact with weight training, besides classic Vinyasa Yoga and meditation, Power Yoga is also very important to me. Depending on your individual needs, I will work with you to set up a program that is suitable for you and that focuses on your mental and physical health. I have also been working with children in the educational field for years and offer yoga for children in all ages. I wrote my thesis at the LMU Munich in cooperation with a school with which I was able to set up a mindfulness project for children.

I am teaching group lessons as well as individually tailored private lessons in which I use asanas (the physical part of yoga), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and coaching. Depending on what you want to work on or what style suits you, I can support you in the following directions: Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Power Yoga.
