About Jesse
As a passionate yoga teacher, my mission is to meet you exactly as you are, and to bust the myth that yoga is only for thin, hyper flexible people!
I can help you to cultivate a deeper connection and alignment of body, mind, spirit – all without needing you to be able to touch your toes.
Through different styles of yoga, guided meditations and other breathwork practices, I'm here to create an empowering yoga practice to reduce stress and boost your holistic wellbeing.
I hold a 200 hour multistyle yoga certification from Egg of the Universe, under the tutelage of Jo Gates and Bryony Lancaster. I also hold a specialised 50 hour alignment certification to assist my students in accessing a deeper expression of the postures.

Hatha, vinyasa and restorative online yoga classes for students of all levels.
Hatha offers us the opportunity to move slowly, with controlled movements, holding the postures for longer. This allows us to see our internal state more clearly.
Vinyasa moves us at a quicker pace, generally moving at the speed of one breath per movement. I find vinyasa helps me to become really present in my body when I have a scattered mind.
Restorative yoga is a more passive, meditative form of yoga, where we hold postures for a few minutes at a time. We use props like pillows, bolsters and blocks to allow our body to melt into the stretch.
