About Julia
Are you having serious issues to even get out of bed before noon? Fighting negative memories and scenarios on your mind? Feel like your body is immobilized either by high overweight or depression? Then I will be glad to support your recovery. My journey has taken me through a two-year training in Hatha and Raja-Yoga and many years of experience in teaching. I also have gone through vocal training as a singer (opera, jazz). I have taken part in Buddhist Meditation Retreats (Vipassana) and massage trainings in Traditional Thai Massage. In my Yoga-Classes, I combine Sound, Breath, Self-Care, Touch and Mindfulness.

Your voice is a unique gift. It is deeply connected to the soul. The word Prana (life engery) derives from the Sanskrit roots pra (before) and ana (breath). So the life energy is deeply linked to the breath. In order to invite strength and hope back into your life, I will guide you through a series of breathing tequniques (pranayama) first to awaken your Kundalini (energy of happiness, symbolized by a snake sleeing at the bottom of your spine and your chakras) . Day by day we will be adding more movement and asana (yoga postures). I will gladly support you in choosing self-care rituals that add to your general well-being.
